A review request email is sent to a customer once they have been added to the reputeup Dashboard. This email determines if you would like to navigate them to a review platform or simply collect their feedback.
To edit the text that appear in pop up if the user rates your business good as per your settings, follow these steps.
On your dashboard, navigate to Feedback
Click on 'Content'
Edit the text field under 'Review request text'
Now, your users will receive a customised text when you send them a review request.
