A review request email is sent to a customer once they have been added to the reputeup Dashboard. This email determines if you would like to navigate them to a review platform or simply collect their feedback.
Here's how you can add your logo to the review request email
1. On you dashboard, navigate to 'Feedback' in the left-hand panel
2. Click on 'Account'
3. Click 'Choose file' to upload your logo
4. Click Save
Your logo is now added to your review request email.
