How to set the minimum rating for review request email?

Reputeup allows you to control your ratings on various review platforms. You can choose the minimum ratings at which the customers are redirected to a review platform.

Here;s how you can do it,

1. On your dashboard, navigate to 'Feedback' on the left hand panel.

2. Click on the drop-down menu under 'Ask for a review'

3. Select the minimum rating

Now, a customer will be redirected to a review platform only if they have given the minimum rating set by you.
