If you are looking for a way to collect feedback from customers without sending them to a review site then you can enable the option under Collect Reviews > Feedback > Submission
If you have not selected a review platform or entered the platform URL, then user will not be redirected to the review platform and feedback will be visible to you under Home> Monitor Reviews
